Here's how our consultants are elevating their careers
Christian Bell was not looking for work when he received a cold call from an Entelligence recruiter. He had a great job that he enjoyed and only updated his LinkedIn after attending VMworld as a customer. It took some selling, but after hearing the recruiter out about the Entelligence culture, the potential for development and growth, and the opportunity with VMware he took a leap of faith and joined our team.
Christian was brought on as an EUC Consultant and dove into a long term, large scale project, with a major manufacturing company. The client had an immediate need for a mobile device subject matter expert, and Christian was able to dive right in. He has done transformative work with the VMware AirWatch practice and his incredible results not only impressed our client, it won them over. Six months into his engagement VMware hired Christian as a full-time team member.
Today Christian is thrilled to be at VMware. He never considered working for such a large tech company and loves the work life balance, company values, professional development, and being apart of one of the most reputable tech companies in the market place.
While it was his hard work and strong technical skills that landed him his dream job, Christian considers Entelligence to be the bridge between his past experiences and his elevation to a larger tech corporation.
After over 8 years with his previous company Systems Engineer Michael DeVaney knew if he was going to grow in his career, it was time to move on. After deploying VMware solutions in his last position he wanted to join the team, but unfortunately there were not any full-time positions available. Instead of letting this deter him, he decided to get creative and search for alternative ways to land his dream job.
Michael was referred to Entelligence, a preferred VMware partner, and joined our team as an EUC consultant. After getting his feet wet with some smaller engagements, Michael was ready to prove himself and took on an implementation with a large enterprise client. The project was a huge success and today, Michal is a full time VMware employee.
Michael credited his success with great onsite training during his first few weeks as well as the support of his account manager. Losing great consultants is never easy, but we could not be happier for Michael and are thrilled with the elevation of his career.
