I wanted to drop a note to you letting you know what a great job Raymond did for the City of Portland. All the RSEs that I’ve worked with have been great but I have to say that Raymond was exceptional. The customer is a tough one and I had regular checkpoints with them. In each instance, the customer said that they were exactly where they expected to be and were thankful of his time/effort.
Raymond was very organized with setting up expectations before his assignment started, organized in keeping everyone up to date on the progress, and held a close out meeting that was very productive. With all the projects that I’m juggling at one time, I was appreciative of his thoroughness and organization and as a result, the customer was very pleased with his work.
I try to give feedback when one of our engineer faces challenges and when they are exceptional and Raymond definitely fit the latter.
