Engagement Manager (MIM)

Entelligence is seeking an Engagement Manager to support external clients. The successful candidate must be able to work in a cross functional environment and interact with representatives from Entelligence and the end client.

As an Engagement Manager, the Consultant will lead successful Professional Services engagements for some of the world's largest organizations. The Consultant will drive customer success by coordinating delivery teams, partners, and customers to deliver solutions that address business needs, supporting project planning, managing resources, and overseeing delivery. Core responsibilities include managing resources, milestones, quality, priorities, reporting, escalations, and project documentation to ensure successful outcomes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish and maintain governance and oversight of assigned Professional Services engagements, including third party subcontractors, ensuring consistent adherence to delivery standards, project governance, and Professional Services processes throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Develop and execute program strategies, plans, and roadmaps, adapting to evolving business priorities.
• Establish robust governance, operating models, communication plans, and delivery frameworks.
• Build trusted relationships with customers, partners, and cross functional stakeholders, influencing decisions at all levels.
• Bridge business requirements, facilitating internal and external discussions and aligning delivery with customer outcomes.
• Drive program decisions, proactively manage risks and dependencies, and resolve complex issues.
• Conduct gap analysis to identify performance and compliance improvements, and design initiatives to close identified gaps.
• Identify automation and process improvement opportunities to streamline delivery and improve program effectiveness.
• Provide strategic leadership across teams, challenging the status quo and driving continuous improvement and innovation.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to share successes and issues and ensure business value realization.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 5 years of project and/or engagement management experience with complex systems, including hardware and software solutions with multiple tiers.
• Proven business acumen to determine the critical business problems to be solved and to articulate the business solution to customers.
• Ability to maintain multiple in flight projects concurrently.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience in conflict resolution and de escalation.
• Familiarity with managing security related projects.
• Ability to identify potential issues early and escalate to management as appropriate.
• Sense of urgency, self managed, and goal oriented attitude.
• Willingness to travel 25 to 30% within the region, with other international travel a possibility.

PREFERRED:

• At least 5 years of Professional Services or consulting experience leading the deployment of enterprise software inside customer environments in a travel role, preferably for a software product company.
• Data security and/or systems management industry experience.
• CISSP and/or PMP (or equivalent) certification.
• Experience with Salesforce and FinancialForce PSA.
