Position Summary
The Director of Marketing reports to the Chief Revenue Officer and leads the strategy, execution, and scaling of Entelligence’s marketing function to drive qualified revenue pipeline, support talent acquisition, and elevate the brand across all channels.
This hands-on leadership role owns demand generation, brand and content strategy, sales enablement, partner marketing, and marketing operations across our technology services portfolio, and positions Entelligence as a trusted technology services leader.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Leadership

Plan, build, launch, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, digital advertising, social media, content, webinars, and events

Develop and execute the marketing strategy aligned with company growth objectives, service offerings, and target markets

Translate Entelligence's brand, messaging, and positioning into campaigns, collateral, content, and applied marketing assets

Lead, develop, and manage the marketing team, establishing priorities, performance expectations, and professional development plans

Build annual marketing plans, budgets, and operational objectives that support business growth

Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and customer insights to identify new growth opportunities and refine marketing strategy
Sales Enablement & Cross-Functional Leadership

Develop and maintain a library of sales enablement materials, presentations, case studies, and messaging that support business development and customer engagement

Translate positioning and value propositions into practical assets that can be used in conversations with ISVs and channel partners
-
Develop and optimize the end-to-end lead journey by partnering with Sales to define lead qualification and MQL-to-SQL transition criteria, while designing targeted nurture and re-engagement programs that drive qualified pipeline growth

Manage external agencies, contractors, and marketing vendors while ensuring quality, budget adherence, and measurable outcomes

Contribute to strategic planning and organizational initiatives that improve market awareness, customer acquisition, and company growth
Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth

Build and manage demand generation programs (paid and unpaid) that create a qualified pipeline across strategic accounts and service offerings

Develop and execute outbound marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and pipeline generation

Partner with Revenue and Partnerships teams to develop account-based marketing strategies and go-to-market initiatives

Manage campaign execution across digital, outbound, events, partner marketing, and integrated marketing channels

Analyze campaign performance and make ongoing optimization decisions based on results
Brand, Website & Content Strategy

Own a consistent content production cadence focused on increasing awareness, improving search visibility, and supporting go-to-market priorities

Produce SEO/AEO-focused blog content and other awareness assets on a recurring basis

Develop thought leadership and market-facing content focused on ISV, channel, technology, and industry topics
-
Strategize, develop and produce customer success stories, case studies, webinars, partner content, video content, and other proof points that support credibility and business development
Marketing Operations & Analytics

Own the marketing technology stack, including HubSpot campaigns, emails, website, landing pages, forms, dashboards, audience segmentation, automation, integrations, and data quality

Develop and maintain marketing KPI dashboards, executive reporting, and performance metrics that measure pipeline contribution, campaign effectiveness, and return on investment

Analyze marketing performance and operational processes to identify opportunities to improve automation, reporting, efficiency, and customer engagement, translating insights into actionable recommendations that increase ROI and pipeline contribution

Audit and optimize the CRM contact database, establish audience segmentation frameworks, and build targeted nurture and re-engagement campaigns to drive pipeline growth
Recruitment & Category Marketing

Partner with Talent Acquisition to develop recruitment marketing campaigns that strengthen employer branding and support hiring initiatives

Develop category marketing strategies that position Entelligence's practices, service offerings, and technical expertise within target markets

Create messaging and campaigns that support solution launches, service differentiation, and market expansion

Manage the company-wide monthly newsletter to promote a healthy, connected, and encouraging workplace culture, while contributing ideas and initiatives that support employee engagement and retention
Partner Marketing
-
Develop joint marketing initiatives with Broadcom and other strategic technology partners
-
Support partner events, campaigns, co-marketing programs, and alliance initiatives that strengthen market visibility and customer engagement
-
Align marketing activities with partner priorities and business development objectives
-
Monitor relevant technology, ISV, channel, and industry trends to identify opportunities for differentiated positioning and content
Required Qualifications
-
Experience supporting partner-led or channel-driven go-to-market models
-
5yrs+ experience managing marketing operations for consulting services or information technology environments
-
2yrs+ additional experience leading or managing marketing functions in a B2B environment
-
Experience driving demand generation and pipeline growth for consulting services or information technology audiences
-
Experience working closely with sales or revenue teams in a growth-oriented organization
-
Strong expertise with marketing tools, CRM systems, and campaign execution platforms
-
Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles and account-based marketing strategies

Experience building or scaling marketing programs in a growing organization

Experience working with data-driven marketing and performance measurement
